About Me

After 15 years of practicing massage therapy, I’ve come to see healing as both restorative and deeply energetic. As a sole practitioner, I, Shawna Allen (LMT #17788) has been dedicated to the art and science of massage therapy since 2010 and started my business in 2013. My journey has evolved from traditional deep‑tissue and sports massage into a holistic path rooted in Reiki, Cupping, Craniosacral therapy, and soon, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition.


My mission is to provide a holistic approach to wellness, addressing both the physical and energetic aspects of healing. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

CST is a light, hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, restore balance, and release tension. Rooted in osteopathic principles, it works with the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord—to encourage optimal functioning of the central nervous system.

"I am training to complete an Ironman this year and one of the things I knew I needed to do to prevent breakdown of my joints and muscles was to recover properly. I also have had a history of knee pain and I didn’t want that to flare up mid training season. It has been really frustrating in the past to have to sit out and wait for the knee pain to reduce to get back into training, and I didn’t want that to happen again.
